General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Vault 

  1. Scope of Application

    These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our website vault.com by consumers and entrepreneurs.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB).

An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership who acts in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction (§ 14 BGB).

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or upon delivery of the goods.

 

  1. Prices and Shipping Costs

    All prices include the applicable statutory VAT. Shipping costs may be added and will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.

  2. Payment

    Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer, Klarna, or other methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.

  3. Delivery

    Delivery is made to the shipping address you provide within Europe. Information about delivery times can be found on the respective product page.

  4. Right of Withdrawal

    Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our [Withdrawal Policy].

  5. Retention of Title

    Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

  6. Warranty and Liability

    Statutory warranty rights apply. For entrepreneurs, the warranty period is 12 months from delivery of the goods. In cases of intent or gross negligence, we accept unlimited liability.

    We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

  8. Final Provisions

    The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

    If any clause of these GTC is wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected.
